To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the side or the home button at the bottom

Swipe right and enter the Passcode or use the fingerprint scanner

Find the SoundCloud icon, which is orange with the white cloud

Tap once to open up the app.

It should automatically take us to our "Trending Music" stream that is on the home page

This is indicated by the house in the bottom left-hand corner. Tap the head and shoulders icon in the bottom bar. This will take us to our profile page.

The profile will look different from this example, depending on activity

Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner.

Tapping on that will bring up a new window where we want to click "Tell a Friend," which is the middle option

Then we can share via Message, Mail, Facebook, Twitter, and also copying the link
.
This example chooses "Mail" because the format is generally the same.

It begins to compose an email and we can tap and extra text if we like

Then tap to add a recipient, as normal.

When we are happy we can press "Send" in the top right corner

Then it sends an email to share the profile with a friend.

We can send using Facebook as well

It will copy a link and begin to compose a post for us. This is assuming we have the Facebook application on the phone and it's generally the same rules for Twitter as well.

We can edit the settings as we like, selecting who we want to share with

When we are happy, we tap on "Done."
