Start by going to the Control Panel

To go the Control Panel, click on the Start menu in the bottom left corner of the screen and click "Control Panel".

Once the Control Panel window is open, find "User Accounts and Family Safety", and under that, click "Add or remove user accounts"

In this section, you can enable a Guest account by clicking on "Guest" and then clicking "Turn On"

If you enable the Guest user, people who do not have an account can use the Guest account to log in to the computer.

Now, you can name the account and choose whether you would like to create a "Standard User" or an "Administrator"
