The Android operating system is developed by Google, and that's why some of its useful features, like the Play Store, require you sign in through your Google account.

The first time you used your Galaxy Note3, you were asked to sign the device into your Google account. If you signed in during that time, your device already has a Google account assigned to it. Create A Google Account

If you don't have a Google account yet, you can create one on your Note3 and set it up to your device by following the procedures below:
