    In order to set up Smart Manager, your phone needs to be unlocked

    Once you are on the home screen, swipe down from the top of your phone to open the notification panel

    On the notification panel, tap on a gear-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner

    You will go to the "Settings" menu.

    Look for "Lock screen and security" under "Quick settings"

    If you do not have "Lock screen and security" under "Quick settings", then scroll down until you find it under the "Personal" heading

    Tap on it. Once you have tapped on "Lock screen and security", a new window will open, where you will see the "Lock screen" heading on the top. Underneath, there is a heading that reads, "Security". Both of these headings are in grey bars, indicating that they are functioning as separate menus.

    Tap the second option, "Device security" under "Security"

    You will receive a pop-up menu indicating that you need to agree to the Intel Security End-user License.

    If you do not agree with this and tap "DISAGREE", the anti-malware applications will not be activated
