Setup Lenovo A7000 for the First Time

You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to start and set up your Lenovo A7000-series smartphone for the first time. With our phone newly set up, including the SIM card, microSD card (if we choose to have that option), and the battery with some power, we are ready to turn it on for the first time.

Steps
- 1This is the power button.To turn the phone on, we are going to pick it up and locate the volume buttons and a single button below those.
- 2We will feel a vibration. We will see the Lenovo and Android logos ("POWERED BY Android"). Now after a moment, the phone will power up with a chime sound. Once the phone plays a chime, it will have been started up for the first time. The first option will read, "Start your Lenovo adventure".We are going to press and hold the power button.
- 3In this video, "English" is the default option. We may wish to choose a different language. For the first phone set-up, it is not recommended to choose a language that is not the first or primary language for the user.We are required to choose a language.
- 4We tap "English" if we are using English.
- 5Once we've tapped on "Next", we will be taken to the "Network settings" option. In the "Network settings" option, we will be given the option to use the SIM card to access data or use a wireless LAN.Then, we simply tap on "Next".
- 6This network will be enabled along with the cell phone data. Cell phone data plans don't always work the way we would like them to. We will see different networks. In this video, there are several different networks to choose.In this video, we are going to tap the "WLAN" toggle to set up a network.
- 7In this video, the first one is tapped. This will be the network used for the tutorial.We choose a network by tapping it.
- 8We enter the password for the WLAN.
- 9One tap on "Connect" will connect us to the network. Once the phone successfully connects, we will see the wireless indicator. It will let us know that the phone has been connected to the network.Once we've entered the password, we tap on the "Connect" button.
- 10After the phone has been connected to the WLAN, we simply tap the back option near "WLAN".
- 11Now, we will be given the options to set the automatic day and time and the automatic time zone. Both of these are provided by our network carrier.Then, we tap "Next" at the bottom.
- 12Unchecking them will allow us to set the date and time. For the purpose of this demonstration, we leave both options checked.If we do not wish to activate "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone", we can uncheck them.
- 13Once we've tapped on "Next", the phone will begin to connect to the Internet. We will be given the option to connect to our Google account.Then, we tap "Next".

Otherwise, we enter our credentials for our own Google account. Now, let's get started with our Google account.In order to connect to our Google account, we are going to enter an email address or create a new account.
- 15Once we've entered our Google account name, we are going to tap the "NEXT" option.
- 16We make sure that we enter the correct password. We enter our password now. - 17Now, we will be given a Google menu, which will give us details and information on our Google account.Once we've entered our password, we go ahead and tap on "NEXT" again.
- 18We scroll through and read the text.
- 19If we are not satisfied with the contents, we will not be able to use the phone with the Google account. Accepting the contents is a requirement by Google. Now, we tap "ACCEPT".Once we are satisfied with the contents, we tap on "ACCEPT".
- 20Otherwise, the screen will not be shown. Let's reset our password.Once we've tapped on "ACCEPT", we will be asked to reset our password if the account is absolutely new or very old.
- 21We confirm the password. Both passwords should be entered and matched. We enter the correct passwords for "New password" and "Confirm password" areas. Both should be new passwords, and they need to match.After we've entered our new password, we tap the "Confirm password" area.
- 22We tap on "NEXT".
- 23We should tap both and read them. We tap "ACCEPT" if we accept them. Now, all of the information that we've entered will be checked. If everything is fine, we'll be taken to the main screens.After we've tapped on "NEXT", we will be given a pop-up window that indicates that we need to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- 24We can uncheck the available option if we don't wish our system to be backed up. In this video, we want to have our information backed up, so the option is going to be left checked.On "Google services", we have the option to back up our system.
- 25After tapping on "NEXT", we'll be taken to Lenovo screen where we will see the Lenovo License AgreementThen, we tap on "NEXT".
- 26We scroll down to read the Agreement.
- 27We can also click the link to go to the Lenovo web site.
- 28We will be taken to the "Congratulations" window. We will be able to begin using our new Lenovo A7000-series smartphone.For the purposes of the demonstration, we are just going to tap "Accept".

How to rerun start up wizard please?
So the genius in the phone shop turned on the phone and skipped out the setup wizard now I can't find it to run it again. Any ideas on how to rerun it rather than going and finding each section to update the info?
