Setup Kayak Price Alerts with iPhone 6

Hello. You're watching VisiHow and today I'm going to show you how to get notified for price alerts on the Kayak application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
- 1To start, we should unlock our phone which we can do by pressing this big, round button located here at the bottom of the screen.
- 2Alternatively, pressing the Lock button on the right-hand side of the handset unlocks the phone.
- 3Otherwise, we can press our finger to the Home button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner if the option is enabled.This brings up our locked screen where we can swipe to the right and enter the passcode.
- 4Everything here is in folders.Now, as we can see, this is the main screen which looks different because it's been personalized.
- 5We just need to find the application which is this big orange square with a white 'K' in the middle, with a very thin black line through the center.Kayak is the Travel folder.
- 6Now this is the main menu, the default options for what the Kayak application actually offers.Tap once to open the application.
- 7It's the third option from the bottom.We will scroll down on this menu until we get to "Price Alerts," which a picture of a bell here.
- 8There are no price alerts at the moment.Tap on "Price Alerts" once and it takes us to the next screen.
- 9We need to press this orange "+" in the bottom right-hand corner to bring up which flights we want.
- 10We want to get the best price through email, all through notification. We'll keep this default as it is, Tbilisi to Singapore and the dates, we'll keep this as normal.Now this is really useful if we travel between two destinations often, maybe for work.
- 11Now, if we do want to change anything, we'd simply tap on it.
- 12We will be returned the Create Price Alert menu.Then tap on the specific dates that we would like.
- 13Let's change Tbilisi to Berlin to show it here.
- 14It brings up the option where we can search for a place as well.
- 15Maybe change two travelers to one.We go through to make sure everything is okay.
- 16We will tap on the "+" or tap on the "-" as we like.
- 17Now, select "Economy" if we are going for a cheaper price.
- 18Press the ones we prefer. Tap "Cabin" at the top of the screen to return to the "Create Price Alert" page.Otherwise, "Premium," "Business," or "First," which ever suits you.
- 19We'll see the orange checkmark.Tap which ever you prefer.
- 20Press "Back" on the top left-hand corner.
- 21Otherwise, we can go for one with stops.Now, "Nonstop only" is the default.
- 22We'll see it turn orange once we've tapped on it.Tap on "Nonstop only" to activate the other stops as well.
- 23This means nonstop flights.Press on it again, it deactivates the option.
- 24We can also click maximum price, "Max Price."
- 25Here you can start to type your price.
- 26When we're happy with the price press, "Done."
- 27We'll have a little number come up.Now we have "Push Notifications Only." Again, this means that they come up on the application when we are not actually on the application.
- 28We can choose exactly when we want these push notifications to be.
- 29Then when we are happy press "Save," on the top right corner of the pop-up here.
- 30We'll remove the "Max Price" for now.
- 31Then tap "Done."
- 32When we are happy with everything on the screen, go to the top right-hand corner and press "Save."
- 33We can see it's loading our options.This means it's saving.
- 34There are no flights found at the moment.Our notice reads, "Round trip," business travel, "Price chart is unavailable" for now.
- 35We can tap the orange "View flights."
- 36This returns us to the first option on our menu when we simply press "Find Flights" in the orange bar at the bottom of the screen.
- 37It will come up automatically.
- 38It will bring up the cheapest flights first, although it's searching in business instead of economy class. It's got quite a lot of flights to load, it seems.This icon indicates that it needs to finish loading.
- 39The first one here is Turkish airlines.Granted, it's more expensive because it's business class.
- 40We can press the orange arrow in the top left-hand corner to return to the Flights page.
- 41Press the orange arrow in the top left-hand corner again to return to the main menu.
