I can't access my Gmail account and have 2 step verification on it and have tried everything to get back in?
Can you help, I have sent in recovery page and everything. I have tried: Everything. I think it was caused by: Can't access recovery options at all
Method 1.
- 1Open a Google service like https://gmail.google.com.
- 2Enter your user name and password.
- 3Select "Don't have your phone?"
- 4Select the option to send the code to your back-up phone.
- You can also use the "I cannot access any of my phones" option if you cannot access your back-up phone.
Method 2.
- 1Log onto your Google Account from a PC that had access to it.
- 2You can do that by going to "My Account", "Signing in & security" and "2-Step Verification". Turn it off with "Turn off 2-Step Verification".Remove 2-step verification.
Method 3.
- 1Open a Google service like https://gmail.google.com.
- 2Enter your user name and password.
- 3On the verification page, click "Problems receiving your code?"
- 4Click "I need Google's help getting back into my account".
- 5This will show that you are the owner of the account.Fill out the recovery form.
