    To start with we'll unlock the phone using the fingerprint lock

    We'll go straight to the Facebook application

    The icon is a blue square with a white letter "f" on it.

    Give it a single tap to open the application

    We're on "News Feed" at the moment.

    We need to go to the main Facebook menu

    It's under "More" options in the lower right corner of the screen.

    Give it a single tap to open and we're on the main menu

    Scroll all the way down until we see the "Report a Problem" line

    Tap on "Report a Problem", and it displays a menu.

    Tap and there is a "Shake to Report" option

    We just need to turn the switch on

    This is an option for those of us who would like to make things easy. Instead of going all the way through the menus and trying to report the problem to the Facebook support team, we can just shake the phone. Let's turn the switch on.
