   To start, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the Home button at the bottom

   Next, we'll go straight to the Facebook "Messenger"

   Give it a tap, and it brings up our chat window

   We need to go to the Settings, which can be found by tapping the gear icon on the bottom right corner of the phone

   Give it a single press, then place a finger on the screen and scroll down all the way, until we see the "Report a Problem" option

   Now, if we want to report a problem and don't want to go through the whole process of trying to find an option, we will just set that up

   We'll do this in a minute. Then we can just physically shake our phone, and the window will pop up. Let's see how it works. Tap on "Report a Problem", and now we have a little popup window.

   We just need to turn the switch on, so tap on the switch

    To go back, tap the "Recent" icon, in the bottom left corner of our phone

    Let's see how this works. If we have faced some problem, then we physically shake the phone, we get the popup menu that allows us to report a problem to the Facebook team.
