To add an alarm you have to tap the little plus icon at the top right corner of your screen

This Snooze option allows you to wake up when you fall back to sleep after having your alarm. Normally it is 10 minutes distance alarm. It just allows you to have extra 10 minutes of sleep. Throughout an hour, you can be waking up every 10 minutes and falling back to sleep.
