Hello, and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, I will show you how to set a text email signature in Gmail, on an LG L70.

   To begin, we will unlock our phone by pressing the Power button

   .

   This button is located near the top, on the right-hand side of the device. We will then press down on the screen, and swipe upwards one time. This is going to take us to the Home screen.

   We can see we have a Gmail icon currently on this screen

   This icon features a white envelope, with a red "M" across the front. The word "Gmail" will be written underneath of this icon.

   If we do not have the Gmail icon on our Home screen, we can access it by opening up our Apps menu

   We can open this menu by tapping the icon in the bottom, right-hand corner of the screen. This icon features a gray box, with a grid of white squares inside of it.

   For now, we are going to open up Gmail from the Home screen by tapping the icon one time

   This will take us to the main page of the application, where we will see a red banner across the top. To the left of "Inbox", we will see three, white, horizontal lines.

   We are now going to tap the icon in the top, left-hand corner of the screen one time

   This will open up our account information. We currently have multiple accounts attached to Gmail, so we will want to make sure the right one is selected. We will now scroll to the bottom of our folders until we have located the "Settings" option.

   Once we have located "Settings", we will tap on it one time

   This option is located second to last, and will have an icon of a gray cog, to the left of the word "Settings".

   We will then tap on the email address which we would like to change the settings for

   Once we have done that, we can view the settings specifically for the selected email address. Looking through this list, we will find an option labeled "Signature". Underneath, this option will read "Not set" since we currently do not have a signature for this email account.

   We are now going to tap on "Signature" one time

   This will open up a box for us, which we can use to type in the text for our signature.

   We are now going to type in the text we would like for our Signature

   .

   In our case, we are going to type "Suzanne" so we will no longer have to type it in every time we send an email. The word inputted will automatically attach itself to every email that we compose.

    Once we are finished typing our text, we will tap on "OK"

    We will now see our signature written underneath of the "Signature" option.

    We can now press the Home button one time, closing the application and bringing us back to the Home screen
