Set Video Renderer in ePSXe PS1 Emulator on Huawei G700

Hi! You're watching VisiHow! This is a tutorial on how to set the video renderer in ePSXe PlayStation 1 emulator on the Huawei G700.
- 8Depending on our phone's overall performance, we can set one of the four options. We can set "Software (obsolete)", "Hardware (faster+smoother)", "Hardware (FXAA filter)", and "OpenGL Plugin (smoother)". The software mode, as the application suggests, is obsolete, which means that the hardware modes are much better because they are faster and smoother. We can choose the hardware mode with the FXAA filter, which is a mode of texture filtering. Selecting this will give us slightly better graphics, but not all games support this. The last option is "OpenGL Plugin (smoother)", which gives us more freedom to choose our own set-up for the graphics. We have to be warned that the ePSXe emulator does not come with the OpenGL plugin installed. We will have to download it manually. To find out how to download the OpenGL plugin manually, refer to the VisiHow tutorial on how to do so.
- 10To save this setting, we need to tap the Back button located in the lower-left corner of the phone. The preferences will be saved.
This concludes the tutorial on how to set the video renderer in the ePSXe PlayStation 1 emulator on the Huawei G700. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comment section below.
