Set Up a Free Account on Age of Conan Unchained Video Game

Hello! Welcome to VisiHow! Today, we will discuss the online video game known as Age of Conan. For those of you unfamiliar with Conan, a book about a large barbarian written by Robert E. Howard in 1932 spawned a series of books, a kind of a cult fiction, if you will. A set of movies was released in the '80s starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, which was actually his breakout role. Then more recently, there was a movie with the American actor Jason Momoa, who also starred as Conan. Many of you may know him better from the Game of Thrones series as Khal Drogo.

   Age of Conan is a free-to-play game, which means you don't have to pay anything to play it

   Most of the game is available and unlocked, including characters and everything else, all the way up to the maximum level in the game, which is level 80 for PVE and 10 for PVP. We will probably use a Barbarian in this setup.

   http://www.ageofconan.com/ and click on the "PLAY FOR FREE" button either in the middle of the page or up in the menu. They're both the same. Once you've finished that, you can always go back to the web site and select "My Account" and the Age of Conan dropdown to get back to your game.

   This will open up a window where we can enter details

   The page will ask for your email address, user name, password, and confirmation of the password. Select the checkboxes, and then click on the "Play Now".

   Do note the content is not suitable for minors

   You can turn off blood and gore in the game. Conan was a barbarian, and this is a pretty gory game.

   Now we're going to see that our account is registered and we can download the game client to start our adventure

   Click on "Download Now", which is going to download the installer that is about 20 MB. Once that's downloaded, install it, give it administrative rights, and then launch the game.

   As you can see, the patcher has been installed and is updating

   Once the game is updated, we can launch the game. When you get the pop-up, make sure you click "Yes" to allow the system to use your account control.
