Do I have to check the privacy?
I don't want to agree to the privacy section because I don't want Samsung to have any info on me. But if I don't check the box the program won't move to the next part
Unfortunately, you have to agree to the Terms of service in order to use the application. Otherwise, the software (or service) cannot be used. This is a legal action that binds you to the conditions. Please note that all agreements are subject to change as well. That means that if you agree once, you might be asked to agree to new terms and conditions in the future to continue using the application.
There is no "health service" any more?
I was never asked for my age, height, weight or picture, it just started right up, not really sure what's going on

My program stopped counting steps a couple of days ago.
Stopped counting one day. I am not sure how to turn it on.
This has been reported by numerous users after the Lollipop update or the program update. There are several solutions, some of which might work for you:
- uninstall updates for the application. To uninstall updates, press the home button. Tap on "Apps" > "Settings" > "Application manager" > the "ALL" tab > "S Health". Tap on "Uninstall updates". Be sure not to update the application automatically. To disable automatic updates, press the home button. Tap on "Apps" > Play Store. Tap on the triple-line icon. Tap on "Settings" > "Auto-update apps" > "Do not auto-update apps";
- revert to a previous Android version (e.g. Kitkat): this might not be available though. To reflash your smartphone, use our tutorial on flashing Samsung smartphones. In step 1, use your own firmware file from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares, if the previous version is available;
- uninstall Facebook and Messenger. To uninstall those, press the home button. Tap on "Apps" > "Settings" > "Application manager" > the "ALL" tab > "Facebook". Tap on "Uninstall", "Uninstall updates", or "Disable". Do the same for "Messenger" in the "ALL" tab.

In S Health app, once the initial setup is done, can we go back and update profile to record the date of birth?
I'm trying to measure my stress level, and the application says it compares with people of my age (actually born in 1987) however the app says the profile information is Jan 1, 1980. How can I correct the date of birth in my profile?
Once S Health is setup, you can update your profile. Open S Health and click on the picture next to your name at the top, then click on Profile and update.
S health doesn't work when I tap?
When I tap the app, I only get the green screen. Nothing else comes up. How do I get into the app?

Some S health items are in Chinese characters?
When I click on Events, Sports, Self check, Ask doctor and Medication and when they they open the next page is all in Chinese characters. I have checked the settings and there is no way I could change this. All other items are in English though. Thank you.. I have tried: Checked settings. No language preference can be chosen, but all other items are in English.. I think it was caused by: None
