   To begin, give a single press to the round Home button at the bottom center of the phone

   Once press on the Home button will open the lock screen.

   Swipe across the lock screen, and enter in a PIN or passcode, or use your fingerprint or thumbprint and just press and hold the Home button

   This will use your fingerprint to unlock the phone.

   Look for the silver and gray "Settings" icon

   This icon has a series of gears inside of it, and it says "Settings". One press on the "Settings" icon will open up the "Settings" panel.

   Here, we will be able to see a series of two connected chain links and "Personal HotSpot"

   It's currently off. If we don't have this icon, view a VisiHow video on how to enable or set up the missing "Personal HotSpot" option on the iPhone 6. Press and hold "Personal HotSpot". This will let us enter the "Personal HotSpot" section.

   To turn on the Personal HotSpot, simply tap the On button

   If we wish to change the passcode, we can tap the "WiFi Password" option and change the passcode

   Keep in mind that it must be eight characters. We can put in any eight characters we would like. For example, we can choose "12345678".

   Now, we will note that "Done" has appeared in blue

   If we go back one space, we don't have the option to choose "Done". Make sure there are eight characters, and then tap "Done". The passcode has now been set for our personal hotspot network.

   If we wish to connect using WiFi, we will choose "iPhone" from the WiFi settings on our computer

   If we wish to connect using Bluetooth, we will have to pair the phone with our computer. If we wish to connect with a USB, we can also do this with our iPhone USB cable. We have separate videos for each of these options, where we will go through each option in detail. In this case, we're simply going to demonstrate how to turn it on by pressing "Personal HotSpot". Our personal hotspot has been turned on, and other devices will be able to find us on the iPhone network, and connect either through WiFi, Bluetooth or USB.

   When we're satisfied that our personal hotspot has been turned on, we can tap back on "Settings", and then we can press the Home button one time to return to the home screen
