Steps

We start off by unlocking the phone

To unlock it, we need to press the Lock button on the right side of the phone.

We swipe the screen down

Once the screen is unlocked, we need to open the emulator

In this case, the emulator is placed in the "Emulators" folder, so it is tapped.

Once the emulator is launched, we need to go to "Settings".

Tap the settings button, which is a wrench icon on the upper-right side of the screen

Now, we have to tap "Use sensor as". It is set to "None" by default. That means that the emulator is not using the motion sensor.

We can use the motion sensor as the D-pad
