Set Reminders in MyFitnessPal on iPhone 6

Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to set up a reminder in the MyFitnessPal app on the iPhone 6.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone. Alternatively, press the big round button at the bottom of the phone called the home button.
Once the lock screen is up, simply swipe right to unlock the phone. Enter the passcode or press your finger on the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if you have that option enabled.
Look for the "MyFitnessPal" app, which, in this case, is in the "Useful" folder. It is a blue icon with a white silhouette of someone jumping, and in the left-hand corner there is a grey tab with a little dumbbell symbol. Tap it once to open the application.
It will automatically open to the homepage where we can see our daily calorie count, the option to connect, some status updates and blog posts.
In the bottom grey bar, tap the last option, "More", with 3 dots. This will open up the menu.
Tap "Reminders", which is indicated by the alarm clock on the left-hand side. Tap that to open the reminders screen.
There are currently no reminders set, so tap on the plus symbol in the top right corner to set a new reminder.
We can set the time by tapping the box under "Remind me at:". Scroll through to select the time.
Tap on the box under "If I have not logged:" to set the reason for the reminder. In this case, it's lunch.
Tap on the checkmark in the top right corner to save it.
That reminder has been saved, but if we want to turn it off, we can tap on the switch. It will be grey when it is not active and green when it is.
If we press the white pencil in the dark grey bar at the bottom, it gives us the option to edit.
We can select the reminder and it will give us the option to delete, as we see by the red tick and the red bar at the bottom that says "Delete".
If we don't want to delete, we can tap on a reminder and tap on the check mark.
To go back, tap on the white arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Tap on the house icon to go to the home page.
