Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to set "Quiet Time" on the LG L70.

   To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top right-hand side, then swipe up

   From the home screen, we can access the settings menu with two ways.

   One way is by pressing on the Apps icon, which is in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

   It's a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it. From there, we can locate "Settings", which is a gear-shaped icon.

   We can also open our Notifications Panel by swiping down from the top of the screen

   Access the settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right-hand corner

   .

   We will see four options across the top: "Networks", "Sound", "Display" and "General".

   Tap on "Sound"

   We will see three options at the top: "Sound profile", "Volumes" and "Quiet mode".

   Tap "Quiet mode" next to the moon icon

   We have the option to turn it on now, or set the quiet time.

   To set the quiet time, tap "Set quiet time"

   We will see the time and days that are selected in gray.

   To change the time and days, we'll first press the OFF/ON switch in the top right-hand corner

   .

   It's currently in the "OFF" position, but when we tap it one time, it gives us a note. We can press "OK". Now the switch is blue and in the "ON" position.

   To change the time, tap the start time

    Choose a time, then press "Set"

    Do this for the end time as well. We can also add or remove days, or keep it set during work days.

    To remove a selected day (in blue), simply tap on it one time

    To add a day, tap on it to turn it from gray to blue

    Once this is set, we can press the bottom center button one time
