Hi,, VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how to send and receive Bitcoin.

   The first thing we are going to need is a Bitcoin wallet

   Both of these wallets work perfectly fine but if we don't want to use online wallets we can always download a wallet from bitcoin.org. In this video we are going to send Bitcoin through Coinbase to Xapo.

   The first thing we are going to need to do is sign up to Coinbase or sign up to Xapo

   If we want to use Coinbase we can simply click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.

   If we want to use Xapo click "OPEN A XAPO ACCOUNT."

   Since there is already an account we are just going to log in instead

   Now that we've logged into Coinbase, in order to send Bitcoin to someone we must have a Bitcoin address.

   To find our Bitcoin address on Coinbase click "Request."

   Then click "Bitcoin Address" in the pop-up window

   We can copy the Bitcoin address which is located beneath the QR code in the grey panel

   If someone is sending us Bitcoin they can scan the QR code with their phone

    To find our Bitcoin address on Xapo click "wallet" at the top center of the page

    Click "Personal Wallet" in the pop-up window

    Now to send Bitcoin we need two things

    :

    A Bitcoin address and Bitcoin. This example will send .01 Bitcoin to the Xapo account. In order to do that we need the Xapo Bitcoin address. We will copy this.

    Then we will click "Send" on Coinbase

    The first field is where we put the Bitcoin address that we are sending to. This example will send .01 to Xapo and write "Hi :)"

    Now this transaction is pending

    It will be pending for just a few hours at the most. Usually it happens much quicker and this Bitcoin will be accessible by the other person.

    Now this is money that is in the Xapo account and we can now use it send to another Bitcoin address.

Xapo to Coinbase transfer from wallet to wallet?

Hi, I have both wallets and need to transfer from Xapo to Coinbase to be able to make purchase as site only accepts Coinbase. As I live in a country that does not supported for buy/sell directly on Coinbase, I need this kind of transfer. Thanks. Best regards

Xapo does not proceed my application. Why?

I get some coin sent using Xapo three times. Amount was not big. It is sample sending. But no coin reached me, not yet.. I have tried: I made an account with Xapo but did not get coin.

Can I pay for things on the internet with my coinbase wallet or do I need to send my coinbase bitcoin to my xapo wallet?

I am new to bitcoin. I have a coinbase account and have purchased some bitcoin. I also have a xapo wallet. In order to purchase stuff on the internet do I have to transfer bitcoin to xapo wallet or can I purchase directly from my coinbase wallet?
