Send a Copy of Your Presentation on Keynote on iPhone 6
Edited by Freya, Robert, Eng
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to send a copy of your presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode. As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Keynote icon which is blue and tap it once to open the application. The phone is always horizontal while using the Keynote application. In this example, we're already in a presentation. If we don't know how to open a presentation, we can refer to the article on how to do so. No matter which template we choose, we will have the same options along the top.
Tap on the rectangular icon with the arrow pointing up to bring up a new window.
Tap on "Send a Copy" which has the same rectangular icon. This will open options where we can select which format we would like to send it in.
Tap on a format to select it. I would recommend sending via "PDF" format because it's the most adaptable and very compatible with other systems. We can also send by "Keynote" or "Powerpoint".
Tap on "Mail" to send via email. This will simply compose an email for us where we will add our recipient.
Tap next to "To:" to add a recipient.
Tap next to "Subject:" to change the subject of the email if we'd like to.
Tap in the message area to add some extra writing in the message.
Once we've added everything, we'll tap on "Send" in the top-right corner and our presentation has been sent.
Now you know how to send a copy of your presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them into the section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you. Thank you for using VisiHow.
