Send Voice Messages on Microsoft Lumia 535
Edited by Thor, Rushell, Eng
Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how to send a voice message when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.
To begin, we need to turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone.
At the lock screen swipe up. Now, we are at the Home screen.
We need to find and press the messaging tile. It looks a bit like a speech bubble.
Now, we have opened the Messaging application. We want to create a new message and send a voice mail. Tap on the plus sign at the bottom to start a new message.
To do that we are going to attach it by using the paperclip icon at the bottom of the screen.
This will bring up a list of things we can attach to this message.
We want to attach a voice note, so press that.
Now, we're going to say something. "Hi Tony. Sorry I missed you yesterday. Looking forward to seeing you next week. Let's play golf. I've got a new golf buggy. It's really fast. Let's take it for a spin. See you soon. Ciao, bye-bye." Now, we'll press done at the bottom.
As you can see, we have just recorded a voice mail for our friend Tony, a fellow golf enthusiast.
This is a nice function because it actually allows you to send something more personal. It's very nice to hear the voice of our friends, or family, or someone who's close to us. Having this option is a very nice way of being more personal, bringing in a more intimate and definitely a more humane touch. To listen to the voice mail you just created, you can tap on it.
Then it will start playing on a new screen.
If we don't want to send this message, we can press the left arrow to go back.
Then press the plus sign again to create a new message.
This concludes our video on how to send a voice message when using a Microsoft Lumia 535. If you have any questions or suggestions about this video, then please leave them in the comment section below. You've been watching VisiHow. Goodbye.
