Send Someone a Message on Tinder on iPhone 6
Edited by Freya, Robert, Eng
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to send someone a message using the Tinder application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode. As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Tinder icon, which is white with a red flame inside of it, and tap on it once to open the application.
Tap on the speech bubble in the top-right corner to bring up our matches and chats. It should take us to the page where we can browse different people, and if we want to, we can refer to the article on how to browse Tinder using the iPhone 6. It also might ask us to log in, in which case we can refer to the article on how to log in using Tinder on the iPhone 6.
Tap on a person of choice. It will ask us if we'd like to start talking to them. As we can see here, we have different people here that we are chatting with just like a normal text window.
Tap on "Message" in the bottom-left corner to send them a message.
Once we've written a message, we can tap on "Send" on the right side to send it. As we see now, the message has been sent.
Go back by tapping on the arrow in the top-left corner.
Tap on the bubble icon in the top-right corner to view a received message. In this example, we've received a message so there is a small orange dot on the icon. Tap on the persons name to respond to the message.
Tap on the flame icon in the top-left corner to go back to the screen where we began.
Now you know how to send a message to someone using the Tinder application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions, comments, or queries, feel free to add them into the section below and we'll do our best to get back to you. Thank you for using VisiHow.
