To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone
.
2
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen
.
3
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
4
Find the Kik icon, which is white with a black speech bubble, and tap on it once to open the application
.
It will take us to the screen where we can view our different chats.
5
Tap on whoever we want to send a photo to
.
6
Tap on the "+" icon in the bottom-left corner
.
This will bring up our recent pictures from our camera roll.
7
Tap on a picture to select it
.
We will see it has been added into the window and we can add a message.
8
Type in a message and send it like a normal message by tapping on the blue speech bubble on the right-hand side
.
As we can see the picture has now sent, and is confirmed by the check mark on the left-hand side.
9
To send a photo from our camera, we will tap on the "+" icon
.
10
Tap on the icon that looks like a camera with a blue bubble coming up
.
11
Give access to the camera by tapping on "OK"
.
12
Alternatively, tap on "Don't Allow" to not allow access and go back
.
We will also need to give access to our camera roll by going into the settings.
13
Tap on the circular icon at the bottom to take a picture
.
14
Tap on the speech bubble icon in the bottom-right corner to send the image
.
15
16

Scroll down to find "Kik", which is again indicated by the icon
.
Double check that "Photos" and "Camera" are enabled, indicated by the green. Tap the bubble once to enable or disable them.
