Send Automatic Email Replies on Microsoft Lumia 535

Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how to send automatic email replies when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.
To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone.
Swipe the lock screen up. This will take us to the Home screen.
We would like to enter the email, which for me is located under the Outlook tab at the bottom of my Home screen. We're going to press that to enter the Outlook application.
So we want to send an automatic reply, such as, we're out of the office, or we're on holiday. We need to press the menu button, which is the ellipsis, or the three dots in a row, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
We want to go to settings, so press that.
Now, we have the option for automatic replies, so tap on that.
We want to turn it on, so we need to press on the switch on the right-hand side. Now that it's on, there will just be an automatic reply.
We have the option to type a message, which we can do using the keyboard. For this demonstration I will type, "On Holiday."
When you've finished typing your message, press the check mark at the bottom to accept it.
Since we've turned the automatic reply on, everyone who now sends you an email will know that you are on holiday because they will receive this automatic reply. It's a very useful function, and it's a great way of letting people know where you are without actually having to access and always be checking your emails and replying to emails. This concludes our tutorial on how to send automatic email replies. This is for Hotmail or Outlook, but you can also do this with other email services. You've been watching VisiHow. Goodbye.
