An observing eye may be able to peep when you type in the 4-digit combination but will have a hard time remembering an 8 to 16-digit combination.
   • Password. Allows you to lock your phone using a Password consisting of 4-16 digits. Considered as high security as phone requires you to enter at least one letter and one digit as password. Someone observing will have a hard time knowing if you pressed a digit or a letter unless he/she is looking directly at your phone.
   • None. As the name says it, this feature offers no lock screen nor any protection at all.

As stated above, Samsung Knox creates a separate system on your device that is independent from your phone. Think of Knox as another phone inside your S4. You need to Update and Upgrade Samsung Galaxy S4 to Android Jelly Bean Version 4.3 to be able to have Knox on your device as Knox cannot be downloaded from Play Store nor from the Samsung Apps Store.
