Hi, you're watching VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how to search for restaurants on the TripAdvisor application with the iPhone 6.

   To start, unlock the phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen or the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

   Swipe to the right to unlock the phone

   Enter your passcode or press your finger onto the home button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner if you have that option enabled. This will take you to the home screen.

   Tap the TripAdvisor icon to open the application

   The icon is green with an owl's face with big eyes. I have my applications in folders to be more organized, so TripAdvisor is in my "Travel" folder.

   On the main menu of the application, tap on "Restaurants"

   It has an orange icon with a knife and fork inside.

   Tap "Location" to enter the location that you would like to find a restaurant in

   Tap "Price range" to enter the price range that you would like

   More currency signs will mean the restaurant will be more expensive. Tap "Done" in the top right-hand corner when you've selected one.

   Tap "Cuisine type" to select the cuisine type you would like to eat

   A checkmark will appear to the right of whatever cuisine type you select. You can select more than one. Tap "Done" in the top right-hand corner when you are satisfied.

   Tap "Search" at the bottom

   The application will show the restaurants with the highest reviews first because TripAdvisor is focused more on reviews rather than price

   Scroll through and find a restaurant you would like to see more information about.

    Tapping on a restaurant will show more information such as the location, what types of foods, some photos, and the reviews

    Continue pressing the arrow until you've reached the home menu if you'd like to search for something else.
