Screen Mirror iPhone and iPad to Windows 10
Edited by Jay
Screen mirror an iPhone or iPad to your Windows 10 PC by installing screen mirroring software that acts as an AirPlay receiver. AirPlay, Apple's proprietary wireless technology, allows content streaming across supported devices on the same WiFi network. Built-in to both the MacOS and iOS, AirPlay works seamlessly with Apple exclusive products, with no extra apps or programs required.
However, as mentioned above, you'll have to install an AirPlay receiver on your Windows 10 PC to screen mirror from an iPhone or iPad. There are numerous applications available, both paid and free.
For this article, we installed and tested the three programs:
*LonelyScreen ($14.95/Year with a 7-day free trial)
*Mirroring360 ($11.99 standard license with a 7-day free trial)
*Reflector 3 ($14.99 single license with a 7-day free trial)
All three of the applications listed above will mirror your iPhone or iPad to your Windows 10 desktop or laptop. Each receiver functions in the same general way; however, different features may be present on specific programs; which is why we recommend testing more than one application.
In this tutorial, we used an iPhone 7 running iOS 12.2, and a laptop running Windows 10.
***Please Note*** Ensure both your iPhone/iPad are connected to the same WiFi network as your Windows 10 computer.
