There are times an email is worth saving as an additional PDF file on your iPhone or iPad. Sometimes email messages get accidentally placed in the wrong folders, and the worst-case scenario, the trash bin. That said, an important email message is worth saving as PDF.

The good news is that you won't have to install or use any third-party applications. With the iOS MAil app, you can save an email as a PDF with just a few swipes. We can initiate your share options when we choose to print an email. By default, email messages are saved as PDFs.

In the following Visi guide, we're going to cover how to save an email message as a PDF using the iODS Mail app. For this post, we used an iPhone 7 running iOS 14.
