Hello, and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, I will show you how to save a place to your list of saved places on TripAdvisor, on an LG L70.

Steps

To begin, we will unlock our phone by pressing the Power button one time
.
This button is located near the top, on the right-hand side of the device.

We are now going to press down on the screen and swipe upwards
.
This will unlock the phone for us, taking us to the Home screen. Currently, we have the TripAdvisor application icon on our Home screen. This icon features a green box, with an owl inside of it. However, we can also access this application from our Apps menu.

If we need to access the Apps menu, we can tap the "Apps" icon one time
.
This icon features a gray box, with a grid of white squares inside of it. However, for today we are going to open TripAdvisor from the Home screen.

Once we have located the TripAdvisor application icon, we are going to tap it one time
.
The first thing we need to do now is begin a search for a place that we would like to save.

We can begin searching for a place to save by tapping the search bar, located near the top of the screen
.
This search bar will read "Cities, Hotels, Restaurants...", with a gray magnifying glass icon to the right of it.

We are now going to use the keyboard to type the name of the place we would like to save
.
Our search results will be filtered, so we can easily locate the desired city.

We will now tap the name of the desired property one time
.
In our case, we are going to tap "Fairmont Baku". Across the top, we will see four various icons.

We are now going to tap on the "Save" icon
.
This icon is located near the top of the screen, in the right-hand corner. There will be a gray heart, with the word "Save" written underneath. Once the icon is pressed, a green bar will appear underneath of the heart icon.

If we also would like to note that we have been to this location, we can press the "Been" icon
.
This icon features a check mark, with the word "Been" written underneath. This icon will be present directly to the left of the Save icon. This will open up a small menu, asking us to choose from "I'm here now" and "Visited in the past".

We are now going to tap "Visited in the past", which will also close the menu bar for us

From here, we can go back by pressing the arrow in the top, left-hand corner of the screen
.
This arrow will be located to the left of the name of our selected location, as well as the TripAdvisor owl icon.

Then we will go back another page, by tapping the arrow in the top, left-hand corner of the screen another time

This will return us to the Home page of the TripAdvisor application.

We can now exit this application and return to the Home screen, by pressing the Home button one time

This button is located in the center, directly underneath of our screen.
