To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

Once the phone is activated, we'll see the lock screen
.
Swipe the lock screen up, and this will take us to the home screen.

On the home screen, we need to find the TripAdvisor tile
.
It has a green background, and in the middle is the TripAdvisor logo. This is a hypnotic owl with very large eyes. If TripAdvisor has not been pinned to the home screen, swipe left to find it in the Apps menu.

Once TripAdvisor has been located, press down on it, and this will allow us to enter the application

Let's tap on the "Restaurants" square to find a restaurant that we can quickly add to our My Saves folder

Accept the default location or previous location that appears in the text box and press on the black arrow n the white square at the bottom right corner of the screen

This will bring up a list of restaurants in that area.

Choose a restaurant by pressing down on its name

The restaurant page lists some interesting stuff about it and some reviews

Swipe across the screen to scroll through the information. We want to add this to our My Saves folder, so that we have easy access to it. We can find it at any time. This is very useful because the address is listed on the "details" screen along with a map, which can give us directions on how to get there. It also has a phone number listed.

Let's add this to the My Saves folder by pressing the middle icon at the bottom of the screen
.
It is a green circle with a star in the middle. On top of the star is a plus sign. Pressing down on that will immediately add this particular page to the My Saves folder. It is important to note that this is the same for every page in this application. If it is a restaurant, hotel, or attraction, just enter the page of that particular location, and just press down on the middle icon with the star and plus sign at the bottom of the page. That will add that location to our My Saves folder.

Let's go back and look at our My Saves folder by pressing on the small white arrow at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

This will return us to the previous screen.

Tap on the arrow again to go back three more times to return to the "explore" screen

If we tap on the My Saves folder, we can see the restaurant that we just added

If we go back again by pressing the left arrow at the bottom, we can then swipe across the screen three times to reach the "my saves" folder screen as well

Press down on the restaurant name on this screen, and we will remove it from "My Saves"

Now, press the middle icon at the bottom of the screen again
.
It is the green circle with the green star. However, now there is a minus sign, which means pressing on the icon will remove it.

As soon as it is pressed, the minus sign in the circle will be replaced with a plus sign again

This means the page is no longer added to the My Saves folder.

The "my saves" section now says, "Keep track of cool places here!" However, there are no places saved to that section
