   We need to access the "Start" menu by clicking on the lower left corner of the screen

   When the menu opens, we need to right click on the icon of the app that we need to launch as administrator

   Note that not all the application support launching as administrator. But the "Calculator" in this case does, so to run it as administrator we need to right click on the icon and then select from the menu below "Run as administrator".
