   Find the eBay icon on the home screen

   The icon is a white color with the word 'eBay' in red, blue, yellow, and green. Tap it once to open the application.

   Scroll down until you see four options, and tap on "Settings" which is the bottom option with the gear icon on the left and the flag icon on the right

   As we can see, we are currently on the eBay home page, which is indicated by the small blue "Home" icon in the bottom-left corner being highlighted blue.

   In the first section of the menu, tap on "Tell Us What You Think"

   This will give us the option to rate the eBay application.
