First of all, we need to open the application by tapping on it

Someone commented in Russian. To respond, we have to tap on the little "Message" line in the very bottom left-hand side of the screen. Let's tap.

There are two ways to answer

The one is just to answer the comment. When we tap on them, they are shown as coded smiles.

As soon as we tap on the envelope to send it, they are shown as smiles on the main text
.
Let's send it. When we send the comment like this, just the comment, this person will see that we have responded.

They will get a little notification here in their discussion section, as a discussion where they have already participated

The second way to do that is to tap on the reply to that particular comment
.
For example, if we have five or six people who commented on the photo and we want to respond to just one of them. That's what we do. In their comment there is a "Reply" function. Tap on "Reply."
