Can other ID users access, back up and restore my WhatsApp chats?
I have had my iCloud account on in my iPhone for two weeks. Meantime someone else opened this iCloud address in the same time (found my password). Is there any possibility for the other user to access my WhatsApp chats, or to back up and restore in his phone or his computer? Can he sync my phone to his computer? When I noticed this, I saw that I have never reset my statistics in WhatsApp, does this mean that other user through sync can get all my chats from the time I downloaded the application? Please let me know if there is any possibility that other Apple ID users can access my chats, if they don't have my iPhone and my number? Waiting your response. I have tried: I deleted all back up in iCloud, but I could not deleted the 800 MB, that was approximately the amount of statistics in WhatsApp. I think it was caused by: I think that this can damage my privacy.

Recipients cannot view my files when I sent to WhatsApp chat group?
Hello! I recently upgraded my iPhone 6 and WhatsApp when prompted to do so. Following this, the images and audio files that I sent to my WhatsApp chat group cannot be opened or downloaded by the recipients. However, only when I forward the same to them again, they are able to. Recipients are on Android and iPhone devices. I have tried: Sent to WhatsApp chat group and then forwarded again the same files to the same group. Only then it works. I think it was caused by: Works fine before upgrading to both iPhone 6 and WhatsApp when prompted to do so.
You can always test your messages by opening WhatsApp, tapping on "Settings", and tapping on "WhatsApp Web". Open http://web.whatsapp.com on your computer and scan the code with your phone. You will be able to check if the group messages work in your web browser on your computer.
This bug appears to be a temporary problem with fresh iOS 9.1 installation (and some Android versions) and fresh WhatsApp update that WhatsApp team promised to have fixed already. To update your WhatsApp without installing anything, open WhatsApp. Tap on "Favorites" at the bottom. Scroll all the way to the top of the list. Then, pull down the list to refresh "Favorites". This should fix the group chat problem. Otherwise, give it a day to refresh.
To exclude any other bugs, update your iPhone to the latest OS, close WhatsApp by pressing the home button twice and dragging it upwards, update WhatsApp by going to App Store > "Updates" from the home screen, and soft-reset your phone as shown in our tutorial (no data will be lost).
