Report a Problem on MapMyRun on iPhone

You're watching VisiHow. Today, I am going to show you how you can report a problem on the MapMyRun application, on an iPhone 6.
Steps

To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button
.
This button is located on the right-hand side of the device.

Alternatively, we can press the Home button
.
This button is located on the front on the phone, at the very bottom of the screen.

Then we are going to swipe to the right, this will bring us to the Touch ID or Passcode screen
.

Here we can enter our Passcode, however, we may also press and hold our finger to the Home button to activate the Touch ID scanner
.

Locate the MapMyRun application icon
.
This icon is blue, with a white circle inside of it. Inside of the circle, there will be a blue silhouette of a running man.

Tap this icon one time, this will open the MapMyRun application
.
We should be automatically taken to the screen shown, here we can choose to record a workout. Please refer to our other video, where we talk through exactly how we can record a workout.

Next we are going to tap on the three, white, horizontal lines, located in the top left-hand corner of the screen
.

This will bring up a menu bar for us
.
This menu will be blue in color, with all the text written in white.

We will then scroll down until we have located the "Settings" option
.
This is the second last option from the bottom. There will be a white cog icon to the left of this option.

Tap on "Settings" once, this will bring us to a new window titled "Settings"
.

We will now scroll all the way down until we have located the final section labeled "Other"
.

Now we are going to tap on the second to last option, labeled "Report a Problem"
.

We will now be brought to a new screen, here we can tap on the box in the center to begin typing

Tapping in the box will bring up the keyboard for us, which we can use to type in the problem we are reporting
.

Once we have finished typing, we can tap on "Done"
.
This option is located in the lower, right-hand corner of the keyboard.

We may also choose to attach a screen shot, by tapping on the smaller box in the lower left-hand corner of the screen

This will open our Photos for us, where we can locate and tap on the photo we would like to use

For now, we are going to tap on "Cancel" to return to the previous screen

This option is in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.

As we can see, attaching a screenshot is optional
.
We may include one if we like, however, it is not necessary.

Then we will simply tap on "Send Report" to send our report
.
This option is at the bottom of the screen, written inside of an orange bar.

We can see a gray bar will appear at the top, with the words "Sending issue..." inside of it

This is simply informing us that our issue is being sent.

Once the issue is sent, we will be taken back to the "Settings" page
.

We will now tap on the three, white, horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen

This will open the menu bar for us, where we will tap on "Record a Workout"

This is the second option on this list, right underneath of our name.

If an advertisement appears, simply tap the "x" in the top left-hand corner to close it

We will now be back to the page where we started
