Remove the Micro SD Card from Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to remove the microSD card the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. In order to remove the microSD card, you will need to have a SIM card or SD card removal tool. Then, you will need to push the removal tool into the side of the Samsung Galaxy Tab to remove the SD card.

Steps

  1. 1
    Let's lift the Tab. You will see on the side that there are two small areas with holes: the hole at the bottom is the nanoSIM card tray. The hole above is the microSD card tray.

    In order to remove the microSD card, take the SIM card removal tool.

    Place the removal tool into the small hole.

    Then, place your Galaxy Tab back down.

    Gently push the SIM card removal tool while holding onto the Tab. You will hear a small sound as the tray slides out just a little bit.

    Use your fingers to pull the microSD tray out.

    Alternatively, you can simply push a little with the end of the SIM card removal tool.

    Then, slide the microSD card out.

    When you're ready, just put the microSD in your hand. Now, you have a microSD card in the hand.

    Then, you can place the microSD card tray back into the slot.

    Give the tray a little push. It will snap back into place.
