   To begin, unlock the phone

   We can do that by pressing down on the power button located on top of the phone. We'll then need to swipe the lock screen up, and that will take us to the home screen.

   On the home screen, we need to tap the icon at the bottom of the phone, in the middle

   There is a grid made up of white dots. This will open up the applications folder.

   In this folder, we need to find and tap the Skype application

   There is a Skype icon, which is a white "S" on top of a blue cloud, and underneath it says "Skype".

   We now need to find a conversation and press down on it to enter

   We want to demonstrate how to remove a message. We have all said something that we regret or would like to take back, and hopefully we can remove the message before the person sees it.
