To begin, we will unlock the phone by pressing the Power button
.
This button is located near the top, on the right-hand side of the device.

We will then press down on the screen, and swipe upwards

This will take us to the Home screen
.
On our phone, we have the Viber icon present on the Home screen.

We now need to locate the Viber application icon
.
This icon features a purple chat bubble, with a white telephone icon inside of it. Underneath, the word "Viber" will be written.

We may need to open our Apps menu, by tapping on the "Apps" icon

This icon features a gray box, with a grid of small white squares inside of it.

This will bring us to a list of all of our downloaded applications

Here, we can swipe left and right to locate the Viber application.

Once the Viber application icon is found, we will tap on it one time

This will open the application for us, taking us the Home page

Across the bottom of this screen, there will be a gray bar with four various icons
.
There will be a magnifying glass, a chat bubble, an icon of two human silhouettes, and an icon featuring three, white, horizontal lines. This magnifying glass icon will let us start a search. The chat bubble will allow us to add a new chat. The silhouette icon will allow is to create a group chat. Lastly, the three lines will open a menu for us.

We are now going to tap on the last icon in this bar, featuring three, white, horizontal lines

Here we can see that we currently have one number on our Block List

This number will not be able to contact us on Viber.

To unlock this number, we will tap the "Unblock" button, located to the right of their number
