Are you asking about un-checking or removing the check to disable notifications in your default message application on your phone? If yes, then there might be some problem with your phone. There are some instances, depending on the copy of your Korean version of Samsung Galaxy S4, the settings might a bit different. But, still you can try it again if you have rooted your phone. Once your phone is rooted, you can change all the settings on your phone as a super-user.

The SMS limit on my Samsung Galaxy S4 is unlimited. I can write as much as I want without having my messages stopped, or cut short. I think you should set the Text Message Limit in your Handcent. To do this, simply go to the Handcent application menu and settings, and look for the text message limit. Adjust this setting higher depending on your preference Simply set the limit and done.

Uninstall the application from your device and to re-download the application in order for your device to use the application correctly. The application should not be prompting you to have more than 50 messages on your device.
