An Apple product is known to be very delicate and of course unique, as it is the brand that started this style and this type of structure for a mobile. It is not easy to just open the device on your own, without the proper tools.

• Your Apple product or iPhone must have a removal tool, this looks like a PIN.
• While the iPhone screen is facing you, it is on the right side where the SIM tray is.
• Use the removal tool; insert this to the SIM tray to eject the tray.

• After pushing the SIM tray with the removal tool kit, the tray should then eject and you can pull this out.

• The SIM should be in the tray. If you want to remove and reinsert this, you can remove it from the tray, and then just put it back into the tray. If you want to replace your SIM, you can just remove your old SIM from the tray, and put the new SIM on the tray, and then put the tray back into your iPhone by pushing it back in.

• You've now successfully re-inserted or replaced your SIM card!

• Get a paper clip, and bend the other side straight. This will serve as your SIM Removal Tool, if you don't have the original one.

• Find your iPhone 5 SIM Tray. It is located at the side of your iPhone 5. You will see a small hole, and that's your SIM Tray switch.

• Now, Insert the pin in the small hole, and then press it gently. The tray will pop out. Take out the SIM card tray by using your finger.

• Put your SIM Card on the SIM Tray. Make sure that it fits perfectly. Make sure that the gold side of the SIM card is facing downwards.
• Put the SIM tray back into the slot in the same way you ejected it. You will hear a click sound after successfully putting the tray back in place.

I can't get my SIM card tray open?

I'm using a paper clip but it won't open.

With your iPhone, sometimes you have to apply more pressure to push in than you can easily do if the paperclip is bent straight. Try bending it in an 'L' shape, so that you are able to apply a little more pressure, and wiggle it slightly as you push in. This will sometimes get it to slide out properly. However, if it's really stuck, your best bet is to take it to any cellphone shop, and ask them to help you. Just tell them you weren't able to get it open and were afraid you'd break it. Any decent shop will pop it open for you for free.

As a last resort, you can use a stronger metal, such as a sewing needle, and put one end in the hole to push the SIM card tray out, and then tap it lightly to see if it comes out. This is a technique many repair shops will also use, but it's better to let them try it.

How do I fix this problem? should I go to the store and let them deal with it?

So every time I out the paper clip into the SIM tray the tray won't come out I have tried thousands of ways. I can't get mine out for some of flipping reason and I am really getting frustrated
