To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone

Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen, and at the bottom, we will see icons.

We now need to find the settings menu

To do that, we need to swipe the notification panel down. Start right at the top of the screen and swipe downwards. The notification panel appears.

Press on "Accounts & sync"

Locate "Outlook.com"

Next to the words is the Outlook.com icon. Press down on this option.

Once we're in the "Outlook.com" menu, we are looking for the option right at the top

It shows the account. Our account is called "tomthumb391@outlook.com". We want to remove this account. If we remove this account, it will delete all the information or the mail, any photos, or anything that we have connected to this account. It will delete it all from the phone. We will no longer receive any communication or mail from this Outlook.com account.
