   To begin, we will unlock the phone by pressing the button on the top right-hand side

   Then swipe up to view the home screen

   We can access the Calendar from the home screen by tapping the "Apps" button located on the bottom right-hand corner

   It's a gray box with a set of white squares inside. It's labeled "Apps." Tap on the "Apps" icon to open up all the applications that are currently stored on the phone.

   Scroll through the applications until we find the "Calendar" icon

   Tap on the icon to open up the "Calendar".

   We can see a birthday is coming up, but maybe that party has been cancelled, or we are no longer attending

   Let's tap on the date of the event to view the schedule.

   The party is between 6:00 and 10:00 pm, as indicated in the "Agenda" below the Calendar

   Maybe we are no longer going to attend that party, so we want to remove the event.

   Tap one time on the event under the calendar to open the options available for the event

   On the birthday party event entry, we can edit by using the pencil or delete it by using the trash can. These icons are located across the top of the screen.

   A pop-up asks us if we would like to delete the event

   We will select "Yes."
