    After you have downloaded the stock ROM from your particular country, you need to extract the file first to get the .tar.md5 extension.

    After you extract the Stock firmware, you need to extract the OdinV3 as well, in order to install the program.

    Go to download mode on your phone by doing the following

    1. Press and hold Volume Down.
    2. Press and hold Home button.
    3. Press and hold Power button.
    4. Let go once you get the warning sign and press Volume Up.

    Launch the ODIN Program on your computer, then connect the phone via USB cord to your computer.

    On the User Interface of your ODIN, click the AP button then look for the file you extracted earlier

    Once it has been installed, you should be able to see a green box that says "Passed"

    It indicates you successfully reinstall it. If it fails, you just need to try again, but first make sure you have the correct firmware. You phone will reboot and you need to wait until it boots up and starts restoring the files on your phone.
