I am looking for an Android data recovery program that actually works for free and recovers the data without having to pay for it?

I have tried 3 so far different Android data recovery programs that are FREE but all of them scan and then say NOW just pay xx and you can recover the data. Is any program truly FREE that actually recovers the data? Before I download I want to know if it is free to recover the data or only show the data that you recovery AFTER YOU PAY FOR IT
