Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to rearrange the 'Application' folder by order of most recently installed on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the 'Power' button located on top of the phone

   .

   Once the phone has been activated, you'll see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, press down on the screen

   .

   While holding down on the screen, swipe up, and this will unlock the phone. Once the phone has been unlocked, we'll be taken to the home screen.

   On the home screen, we need to find the 'Application' folder

   .

   It is located at the bottom of the screen. You can see that there are three lines of three white dots. Press down on this, and we will enter the 'Application' folder.

   Here are all of our applications

   .

   They are currently arranged alphabetically, from A to Z at the bottom. What we want to do is rearrange them in order of the most recently installed. This can help us access applications that we use more often, or applications that we use currently. Perhaps we downloaded and installed some applications a long time ago, and they've become obsolete. If we don't use them so much, it's better that they are at the bottom of this folder. We won't have to scroll down to them since we don't use them often.

   Press the icon in the top left-hand corner, it says 'Apps' in white text

   .

   Underneath, it says "Alphabetical". We need to press down on these words, and it will bring up three options, 'Custom', 'Alphabetical' and 'Most recent'.

   We want to press 'Most recent'

   Now we can see that it has rearranged our icons and our applications

   We have 'Viber', and 'Viber Installer' at the top. They are the first two, and this is because we have installed them the most recently. The ones that were installed a long time ago were moved to the bottom.
