Edited by John Israel Deleña, Lynn, Doug Collins, Eng and 16 others

Personalize your Samsung Galaxy S3 by customizing the home screen with your preferred apps and widgets. The Galaxy S3 can have up to seven home screens, and you can rearrange your apps and widgets in any order you want. You can also create folders to help organize everything, along with editing how the screens transition when you swipe through them.

Restart your phone and see if it works this time. It may also help to clean your screen as when it is dirty with debris, even oil, it may make it less sensitive to touch. This may be the reason your phone is not recognizing your commands. Use a lens cloth to clean the screen.
