I am not following your question about adding a whole second home screen to your device. You can in fact add different applications or icons to your home screen but your device will continue to only have one official home screen. If you are looking to use an outside application to generate a whole second home screen on your device then you can download this application from the Google Play store to your device, type in home screen design to see a number of home screens you can choose from to download.

How to delete them from the phone and insert new ones

On your device you will find these icons on the bottom of the screen. In order to remove them, simply press and hold on the icons to move them around your screen and out of your panel.
