To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

Swipe the lock screen up to reveal the home screen

On the home screen, find the Vine tile
.
In this example, Vine is at the bottom of the home screen. The vile title has a turquoise background with a "V" on it. The icon switches between images from recently viewed Vines and the Vine logo. If the Vine tile is not pinned to the home screen, swipe left to access it in the app menu. Tap the Vine tile to open the application.

The application will automatically play a Vine, so tap on the video to pause it

To repost a Vine, pick the Vine you want to share and press the icon with two arrows in a circle
.
This is the reVine icon and you will see it on every Vine. reVining a Vine is sharing it on your own account so that all of your followers can see it.

The icon will then be highlighted with a turquoise color

This confirms that the vine has been shared and it will appear on your profile.
