Edited by Freya, Robert, Eng
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to print a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone
.
2
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen
.
3
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
4
Find the Keynote icon, which is blue with a white symbol inside of it
.
As we can see, Keynote forces our phone to be viewed horizontally.
5
Tap on a presentation to open it
.
Once we have the application open, we have the choice to either open a new presentation or open an existing presentation. If we want to create a new presentation and don't know how to do so, we can refer to the article on how to create a presentation on the Keynote application using the iPhone 6.
6
Tap on the wrench icon, which is located in the top-right corner of the screen
.
No matter which template we chose, we will always have the same options along the top of the screen.
7
Scroll down and tap on "Print", which is the second option from the bottom
.
8
Choose a layout of preference by tapping on it once
.
The layout depends on which notes we have, maybe we want a more text-based layout rather than pictures, or if we don't really have text at all we can select a template with bigger pictures.
9
Tap on the white button to the right of either "Print Builds" or "Print Backgrounds" to enable or disable the options
.
The button will slide and show a green color to indicate that the option is enabled. The option will also highlight how the image is going to look using the layout icons at the top.
10
Tap on "Next" located at the bottom of the screen
.
11
Tap on "Select Printer" to select a printer to use
.
12
In this example, we aren't using a printer, but what we would do is select our printer that would come up on this list, and then tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back
.
13
Tap on the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the amount of copies we'd like to print
.
14
Tap on "Print", which will be highlighted in blue at the bottom once we've selected a printer
.
15
To go back, tap on the arrow in the top-left corner two times
.
16
Tap on "Done" in the top-right corner to go back to the presentation
.
17
Tap on "Presentations" in the top-left corner
.
This will take us back to the screen where we started.
18
Now you know how to print a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6
.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them into the section below. Thank you for using VisiHow.
