Please help me to write a letter asking a favor to lift my notice of suspension to Commission on Audit?

I have my notice of suspension based on my vouchers payment of materials for the construction of office. There are some documents lacking that made the vouchers considered as suspended. I made supporting docs on this vouchers but unfortunately, it remains suspended until this time. I would like to ask a favor to lift this suspension due to the fact that I was already retired last year and our accountant refused to sign my clearance.
